Jermaine oversees and manages the operations of each location and is responsible for the growth of each Zenith location in our portfolio.

Jermaine’s hobbies are running, working out and classic cars. His favorite shows are Golden Girls and any James Bond film.

Jermaine is so efficient at his job that he considers himself a “hospitality whisperer.” Jermaine has the ability to take unhealthy portfolios and transform them into healthy and thriving ones. Because of his skills, Jermaine can produce productive and long-lasting results for high-level clients.
Jermaine caters to major hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. He works well with senior corporate executives and can provide consultations for international corporations.

Jermaine has created several tools and jobs to help his company evaluate operational requirements more accurately and improve the forecasting of finances Zenith Hospitality Group. He also monitors and assesses the performance of sales, evaluates market conditions weekly, and examines revenue trends. Apart from this, Jermaine also created a model of analysis that improved the sales of the company’s main product by a whopping 125%. He did this by correlating the sales data based on cost and marketing expenditures.
Moreover, Jermaine supervised the transition of the company to a computer-based valet parking system. This eliminated wait time and redundancies which, in turn, generated over $1.2 million in revenue each year.
